What you will learn:

Being able to identify where a muscle imbalance is key to creating a treatment. What is posture? How can tightness in the hip flexors cause pain in the lower back?

On this ‘hand’s on’ workshop we will be looking at developing your observational and palpatory skills giving you the confidence to incorporate it immediately into your consultations.

Being able to identify the areas you can then work on to help formulate your treatment plan and perform a more effective treatment.
