Advanced Dynamic Massage Techiques

What you will learn:

This course is designed to develop your skills in performing dynamic and being able to work on deeper tissues of the body.  During the course you will learn how to save your hands by using forearms, fists, reinforced digits and elbows in prone, supine and side lying positions.

This is a highly practical class so make sure you are ready to get stuck!

We will also look at some common trigger points for the back along with releasing the Piriformis.

Through out the day you will revisit common muscles while performing your new skills in a friendly and fun way.

Hand outs will be given to support the day.

What to bring:
Loose comfortable clothing.
Short nails.
Pens and paper.
Massage oil
Antiseptic wipes
2x large towels, 1 small towel.
