What you will learn:

This hands on course is designed to develop your skills in applying Positional Release to the body.

Positional Release is a gentle and amazing technique which can release areas of tight or painful muscle tissue in a very gentle manner and effortless way.

Through out the day you will revisit common muscles and ways of releasing them with this technique along with developing your palpatory skills in this friendly and fun environment.

Hand outs will be given to support the day.

What to bring:

Loose comfortable clothing.
Short nails.
Pens and paper.
Massage oil
Antiseptic wipes
2x large towels, 1 small towel.
