What you will learn:

This hand’s on course is designed to develop your skills in applying Soft Tissue Release to muscles of the body.

Soft Tissue Release is an amazingly dynamic technique which can reduce areas of adhesions and scar tissue while also being able to stretch target muscles. This technique can be performed in a variety of ways involving the receiver or not.

Through out the day you will revisit common muscles and ways of apply STR to them while performing your new skills in a friendly and fun environment.

Hand outs will be given to support the day.

What to bring:

Loose comfortable clothing.
Short nails.
Pens and paper.
Massage oil
Antiseptic wipes
2x large towels, 1 small towel.
