What you will learn:

This course is designed to develop your skills in understanding and treating trigger points.

Develop your palpatory skills in this hands on workshop designed to give you confidence in treating these painful points.

Through out the day you will revisit common muscles in relation to trigger points and their referral zones, while performing your new skills in a friendly and fun way.

Hand outs will be given to support the day.

What to bring:
Loose comfortable clothing.
Short nails.
Pens and paper.
Massage oil
Antiseptic wipes
2x large towels, 1 small towel.
